Shipping & Returns

Live payments remain disabled. If Stripe test checkout is available, it is for testing only: no real money is charged and test orders are not fulfilled. Tax is calculated during test checkout after you enter a shipping address.

Shipping destinations and cost

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. USPS shipping is $7.00 per order, not per item, and includes tracking. This rate applies to products purchased through the website cart.

International addresses, U.S. territories, Washington, D.C., and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not currently covered by this shipping policy. Enter your shipping address in the shop before checkout; it cannot be changed on Stripe's payment page. Address-format checks do not guarantee USPS deliverability.

Processing and delivery

Made-to-order items ship in 5–7 business days after payment. This is the processing time, not the delivery time. USPS transit time is additional and depends on your destination and the shipping service.

For custom quote-based projects, confirm the shipping cost and production schedule with us before payment.

Returns

All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order details so we can review it.
